Resilience and Emotional Regulation Coaching
History tells us a story of when people lived in smaller, close nit communities. With all the discomforts and downfalls of knowing everyone and everyone knowing each intimate detail of each other’s lives, the great advantage was that one was forced to learn emotional regulation and together the small community would struggle against adversities. Our modern world often does not offer this same route, especially with the challenges of technology and a worldwide pandemic.
Coaching is both an ancient and modern modality to assist one in growth and understanding. WillowKai’s coaching services looks to build resilience skill and emotional self-awareness/regulation to help one be better equipped to embrace change.
We will guide participants towards learning to deal with stress, improve self well being and enhance the quality of life.
Throughout a coaching tract, one will learn:
· To understand the relationship between personal and interpersonal emotions, stress, and mental wellbeing
· To understand what resilience means and activate an individual’s unique traits to enhance resilience in their daily life
· To achieve a clear perspective in challenging situations
· To improve not only intrapersonal skills but reach out and increase social intrapersonal understandings and skills
